45-minute simple and effective group fitness classes, focusing on strength and functional movement.
Everyone welcome.
Work
Wednesday & Friday
5:45 am, 6:45 am, 9:15 am
A dynamic, functional fitness class designed to build strength and endurance. Each class includes a dedicated strength segment with lifts or accessory work. Varied workouts each week keep things fresh and challenging. No two sessions are the same—unless it’s intentional!
Move
Tuesday 6:30 am
Get ready to sweat. Prioritize cardiovascular training and full-body movement in this energizing session. With a focus on bodyweight exercises, cardio machines, and maintaining a steady pace, this class emphasizes endurance and functional fitness over heavy lifting. Perfect for building stamina and staying active!
Lift
Monday & Thursday
6:30 am, 9:15 am
Focus on the fundamentals of powerlifting with an emphasis on proper technique. This slower-paced class features main lifts like the squat, deadlift, shoulder press, and bench press, and their variations. You'll test heavy lifts, work with percentages of your max, and re-test to track progress. Achieve personal bests in a supportive and safe environment.
Olympic Lifting
Tuesday 5:45 pm
Practice the snatch and clean & jerk, along with their variations and related mobility. Each session begins with a consistent warm-up focusing on fundamentals and lift progressions. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this class offers tailored guidance for all skill levels. No prior experience is required—newcomers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for an introduction. Come learn, improve, and refine your technique!
